A Taste of Chicago Catering
Sinn Louis-Proctor is a trained Pro Leith's Cook. She is a native
Chicagoan with 20 years experience in cooking. She relocated from
London to Coleshill offering clients a unique dining experience.

Looking for a different experience in dining? Try Chicago Cuisine
and impress your guests. Food can be prepared in your home, or
delivered closer to the time of your event. We will leave your
premises the way that we find them: neat and clean. If you wish to
serve, we will be able to provide you with advice as to what goes
where and when.
Sinn has incorporated knowledge of using herbs, spices and other
methods of cooking into her recipes from travelling the world. Her
personal recipes have been used for over 100 years; passed down
through each generation in her family.

Lamb Casserole, Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza, Cuban Chicken Tagine
with Bulgar Wheat Salad, Vegetarian Stuffed Mushrooms, Vegetarian
Tagine, Louisiana Flank Steak Gumbo (Special Preparation)

Raspberry sauce, Apple or Peach Cobbler Pie
