POhWER is currently looking for volunteer advocates in Bucks. Volunteers help to support people who through circumstances such as disability or disadvantage find it difficult to stand up and have their voices heard. Advocates help to empower people so they can have a say in shaping their own lives. Volunteer advocates help to support both clients and paid advocates with a wide range of issues.
Volunteers are provided ongoing training and support. All reasonable volunteering expenses will be covered by POhWER.
